SABOTEUR took 4 years or so to produce…quite a while but we think our patience paid off 
It’s been approx. a year and one half since we released it—then did the touring thing, radio show thing—solid for 2008. So… we’ve finally gotten back on the horse and begun writing new material for a new release. The good news? The songs are coming—and we think they’re sounding better than ever. Musical, heavy, diverse.
We’ve got two shows on the books for this summer—then it’s back to writing / honing. Stop by one of these to hear some of the old and get a first taste of the new:

Just a quick note to let you all know that we’ve been working on a number of new songs. At this point we’ve got a few that are almost complete and another 10 to 20 ideas that will end up on our new album…or in the trash. Ha! We’ll be playing new songs: “Trim The Wick” and “Like You Wouldn’t Believe” tomorrow night at the Cactus Club. Come out and rock, and let us know what you think of ‘em.

I realized about two weeks ago that with the arrival of 2009 comes the 10th anniversary of 1956—how time flies. It seems like only a few years ago that I started this thing up with my friend Mike Thompson (of Making Ghosts…Which you should immediately check out) in a run-down rehearsal space on the northwest side of Milwaukee. Well, ten years has meant a few line-up changes, a lot of touring, a few albums, and meeting a ton of wonderful people along the way. -And now we’re in a run-down rehearsal space on the south side of Milwaukee.
There’s a lot to look forward to in ’09; We’re working on our follow-up to 2007′s SABOTEUR, we’re beginning to plan for more touring (with hopes of hitting the West Coast and our annual pilgrimage to Graceland), we’re working on new merch, and we’ll be planning some sort of celebration in honor of our first 10 years.
Other misc. items:
1. We’ll be playing our first show of 2009 at the Cactus Club in Milwaukee with Certain Stars and Nolo Contendre on January 9th.
2. Dunno how we missed this odd / fun review of our show in October…
