Been too long since we updated our page… Here’s a quick note to let you know that we’re alive and kicking. We began writing and recording a new record late last year and had to put in hold due to a lot of fun (not really) reasons. But that’s in the past and we’re finally finishing the record right now — and we’re excited to hear what you all think of it! We’ll play a few regional shows this winter and then it’ll be time to hit the proverbial road. More soon! Drop us a line…

We’ve been living at Howl Street Studio recording with Shane—off and on for the last couple months—and are really digging the whole vibe. We’ve got seven new tunes in the can (mostly) but haven’t decided how these will be released. That said, 2010 will be the year that they see the light of day.
We’ve had such great people join us for the recording this time around—we think you’ll be pleased with the results.
You can see some candid quick pics here. And don’t forget to follow us on Twitter here.
More soon.

We’re playing with our friends Sunday Flood and Sleep Comes Down tonight at the Reptile Palace. Come on down and enjoy the music and a beverage.
As a side note, we’re planning on hitting the recording studio in January to begin recording new music with Shane Hochstetler (recorded SABOTEUR / member of Call Me Lightning). Our first since SABOTEUR.
Watch for more updates this winter.

We had the pleasure of rocking Jameson’s in Green Bay last week. Many thanks to Jess and Kendra for getting us up there to perform. Great crowd and a fun time playing 4 brand new songs… Here’s a flyer from the club.

A while ago we started a Flickr site for anything and everything 1956. Check it out. Add to it. Link to it. Love it. Live it.
Check out this vid from our friend and former bassist’s band Sleepy Eyes Of Death (Seattle). They just released their new record (Matt Bayles worked on it) and it’s getting great press.
